This features extended view range, fog and weather effects, time of flight for shells, improved infantry behavior and ballistics, reversing AI tanks,and many other game engine fixes. Included is the improved Brit44 sound and particle effects which enhance the gaming experience plus the latest optics. All of Geezer's realistic art work for AFVs, trees, infantry, and structures have been adapted into the original Panzer Elite game world wherever possible. The 30 Monty vs Rommel and Britpak scenarios can be played with the 40 originals and the 60 Ostpak scenarios for mega campaigns. Unzip the PE3 download after a fresh Panzer Elite install with Patch 1.2. Enable Panzer Elite Three with the Mod enabler. Then play as usual. (After Scenarios2009 and Scenarios 2010) Unzip the new PE3 download. Enable PanzerElite Three again. (Then Scenarios2009 and Scenarios 2010) (If you used the Scenarios2009 and 2010 scenario zips these must also be disabled in the order that they were enabled before disabling PE3.) Stay tuned for Scenarios2009.exe which will contain all 60 in one zip. At the moment it contains only the eleven 1941-42 Ostpak scenarios.

Posts: 256 Jan 13 10 8:06 AM Stabsunteroffizier Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	The PanzerEliteThree mod has been updated frequently during the course of the year, mainly to try to improve the graphic look of the game, and make the gameworld as realistic as possible. The Brit44 Panzer3 Auf L and Stug3 Auf G replaced the competent Monty vs Rommel versions in the desert and early war Blitzkreig era, as the former have slightly better models. The Brit Panzer threes needed to be tweaked in order to get its suspension working, this also meant redoing all the previous late Panzer3s in the Russian front and western theaters of PE3. Much effort was put into refining the tree graphics in all theaters. The campaigns for both sides also were redone during the summer as well as fixing all the tree attributes so they offer minmal resistance. I will continue to update the mod as a number of improvements become available, of course players are welcome to stick with the first version of PE3 they have as these updates are usually of a graphic nature( as opposed to actual fixes), and are optional. Interested players willing to stay current are encouraged to download the mod again at the same link, and Unzipping AFTER disenabing PE3 in the Mod enabler. (All mods need to be disaenabled in the order they were enabled - such as Scenarios2009 and Scenarios 2010 )

But after I lost this game few years ago, I found it again and installed, and it works fine but... a) patch 1.2 I downloaded from here cant overwrite some sound files (so it cant be installed) b) with mods enabled as told here, it keeps failing and reporting 000000something cant read memory at 000000something anybody have idea how to solve it ? Or else post this question in the PEDG forum or search the PAtch 1.2 topic there as I think it has been answered. http://pedg.yuku.com/directory You need the Patch1.2 to make PE3 work. Also you need to run it in Windows 98 compatability mode. For Ostpak campaign play do you have the OstpakCompletePart2008.exe Unzipped? Do all campaigns play with problems, even the original ones? Ok done, as you suggested and patch now work fine, installed and look ok.OstpakComplete2008 now works fine (single missions and campaigns).
